Resolving issues related to different FLEXCUBE v7. modules with emphasis on CL, CASA, LD and PC modules. Delivering various reports at BU requests which are made using SQL queries, bookings through Journal entry and subsequent resolution of problems that arise during the EOD process. In addition to providing support on a daily basis, in the last 9 months, there has been a 25% decrease in the number of active incidents. Participation in testing and patch promotions which are providing resolution of the cause of a number of incidents. Actively participating in ongoing migration process which aim is harmonizing the work of the two banks systems (new branch openings and branch scheme creations, Reconciliation tool project, the same charge fee values for PC payments and others). A large number issues include active communication with Oracle support team.

Develop new Operation & IT strategies and procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction. Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the O & IT Department. Complete operational tasks in the MoneyGram application (ProFIX) regarding the send and receive money process, including risk identification and assessment as well as settlement. Operations responsibilities also include reporting and business analysis using analytical tools in MS SQL Server, Access and Excel as well as providing technical and all kinds of other support to MoneyGram subagents (exchange offices) and clients through the Customer Service Center with the aim of increasing both transaction volumes and profit. The Company has had a 10-15% increase in monthly transactions and income, and at the same time subagent number is growing rapidly, with more than 400 exchange offices at present. IT responsibilities include user and PC administration, share folder credentials and client machines (installation, configuration and maintenance) in the Windows 2012 server; email and web site administration on the PLESK web hosting platform. In the absence of the Head of IT & Operations, carries out Head's duties with a view to ensuring smooth functioning of the Section.The introduction of the new MoneyGram application (ProFIX) via MoneyGram and initiation of the VoIP technology have been among the main projects.

IT responsibility includes the control of information infrastructure, preventing, monitoring and reacting in the event of security incidents; identifying and evaluating risks relative to the information system; servers maintaining and Company web site administration ; Operations responsibility includes business analysis and reporting using analytical tools in MS SQL Server, Access and Excel as well as providing technical support to MoneyGram sub-agents (Exchange offices). Main project was the introduction of sending money abroad (outgoing remittances from Serbia) via MoneyGram which was succesfully implemented.

Monitoring, gathering and analysing data relative to term deposits, savings and current accounts, account packages, e-services and safe deposit boxes, being at the same time the responsible person for MoneyGram and RIA international money transfers . Proposes, designs and develops new product features as well as new products from his scope of responsibility and also changes and improves existing products. Creating and maintaining internal rules and regulations (policies, procedures, instructions) from his scope of responsibility. Organises, coordinates and implements a large number of projects in the Bank, with regard to the migration and the merger as weel as introduction of long term deposits. Major projects were introduction of foreign remittances via RIA money transfers, reorganisation of the safe deposits boxes network, FlexCube mass account closing as well as migration process.

Development, maintenance and monitoring of retail deposits, investment products and electronic services (current and savings accounts, account packages, deposits, E banking and M banking, SMS notifications, MoneyGram, safe deposit boxes, bancoassurance, foreign currency savings bonds, standing orders, Direct debit).

- MoneyGram - technical support and Bank/MoneyGram HQ liaison (incoming remittances from abroad to recipients in Serbia). This entails communication with ABS Branches and subsequent communication with MoneyGram HQ in the USA for the purpose of resolving various issues to ensure that money is paid to intended recipients. - E-banking - support for retail and corporate clients (general information on E-banking and M-banking services; payment orders, patterns, statements; hardware and software token; security issues) in FC@, Customer Information System and Halcom applications- Over-the-phone sales of different Bank products (deposits and savings, account packages, e-banking, small business products, credit cards, loans, Bancassurance, Anti Attrition for credit cards etc). Sales targets achieved regularly- Product/service enhancement proposals to the Product Development Dept, based on client feedback and direct communication experience
