And we have recently added a chicken concept Huey Magoos and a Coffee concept 7 Brew to our development. The most important piece to any of our businesses is the foundation, which is the food. CeoPerfect Delivery, Inc. Feb 1992 - PresentPapa John’s was just opening its doors in the early 90s, so I bought the rights to the Upstate of South Carolina and Western North Carolina. At the time, my first Papa John’s restaurant (located off East North Street for all of my Greenvillians) was one of the first 100 stores in the entire company; there are now almost 4000 Papa John’s restaurants. With my great team members, we built a solid network of connections that helped grow our business. Later, an opportunity opened to expand to the province of Alberta, Canada. Perfect Delivery is the master licensee of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba for Papa John’s. We run the commissary for those territories that encompass over 40 stores. In addition to the Canadian provinces, Perfect Delivery owns and franchises nearly 20 Papa John’s restaurants in the Upstate of SC and Western NC.

We knew we wanted a different kind of Mediterranean restaurant, a restaurant with high-quality food, a warm, inviting environment and a design that could be replicated. We didn’t want to focus on just Greek food, or just Moroccan dishes, but instead wanted to take the best from each culture. With my background it was a natural fit, but included the perks of traveling the world. I went to six of the seven continents during my time with PepsiCo and learned business practices all over the world. I also worked in South Africa, Puerto Rico, England, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore and the Middle East.From the corporate level, I was introduced to franchising as the Controller of the Southeast Asia Restaurant Division located in Tokyo, Japan. As my children were getting older, we decided to relocate to the US to raise our children. -
