Application Delivery And Support Analyst
Current● Collaborate with clients to support and manage software and deliveries per agreed to scope of projects, milestones and ETD● Analyze businesses for in-depth understanding of model and requirements● Provide daily support through chat, telephone, email and on-site client visits● Identify issues and assign appropriate tasks to programmers ● Solve for application and system issues● Document all incidents causing disruption to the application service and provide the appropriate corrective action● Train clients and users on application use and navigation ● Ensure all applications are delivered as agreed and provide exceptional client support, communication and service for the duration of a project
