Minnesota Ski Areas Association (MNSAA) is the non-profit representing the 20 Alpine Ski Areas in Minnesota. The focus of the Association is governmental affairs, industry education, public affairs and member services.I work closely with the officers to provide leadership and have the responsibility for all operations and administration for the Association.

Oversee several signature events including the Maine Ski Hall of Fame Induction Dinner, Maine Ski Season Launch Party and the Ski Maine Golf Classic. Cultivate and manage Sponsor relationships, for both events and the Association. Manage and developed multiple statewide programs for the Association and consumer and industry communications.

Supervised a team of high-performance administrative and sales staff focused in addressing untapped opportunities to increase sales and build customer base. Monitored overall sales performance and reported sales activities. Led teams to top performance by managing sales activities, showroom visits, Internet, and telephone traffic.
