.Building managing and leveraging on relationships, customers, markets to create long term value for HealthPlus.Development and implementation of potential growth opportunities.Promotion of greater sales and customer satisfaction by increased understanding of customer need/wants.• .Report to the CEO• Define the strategic direction for the Business Development function which align with the overall strategic goals of the companies: HealthPlus and CasaBella• Research, develop, plan and implement existing, identified and potential identified opportunities for HealthPlus Limited• Work with the personnel of the business divisions to achieve organisational goals• Identify new trends, new products, services, new channels of distribution for HealthPlus division working in collaboration with all stakeholders• Identify, initiate and develop networks and partnership opportunities for business growth• Support the implementation of exciting marketing strategies and promotions for HealthPlus Limited• Apply in-depth knowledge of analytics, information management and business intelligence to evaluate new business development opportunities in order to determine commercial viability• Work with the marketing and brand management department to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives: website, mobile and social media marketing • Submit periodic report as assigned• Discharge all duties according to laid down Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to ensure smooth running of the business • Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by Management
