Part of the event and communication department, working on European projects in the areas of social policy, education, climate change, transport, agriculture, digitalisation, and international development, among others.My role consiste in developing and delivering innovative physical, hybrid and digital event concepts. I assist in managing the delivery of a wide range of European and international events. This mostly on behalf of the European Commission and / or related institutions. Theses events are usually attended by high-level officials (i.e., Commissioners, ministers, ambassadors, etc.), journalists, representatives from public and private sectors, and the wider public.

In charge of two major events : The big reopening with the various launching events ( press conference, guided visits, influencer dinner, ...) and the coordination of the MAD Fashion sales. My work consisted in the following : - Brainstorming- Handling budgeting and invoicing- Liaising and negotiating with vendor- Handling logistics (Managing temporary staff during the events, welcoming VIP Guests ( Mayor of Brussels, Designers, ...), coordinating the vendors and technicians. - Updating my senior manager (Giving feedbacks, informing about progressions or issues )Managing branding and communication (Design and conception of goodies, flyers and posters using the new branding layout)

During my intership at the Chateau Fond'Roy, I was dealing with private and public events. These events were various, from small wedding with 20 guests to major corporate events with more than 200 guests. I was in charge on the following : - Client account management- Presenting the offices and events rooms- Liaising with clients to understand event briefs and objectives for events- Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success - Prepare budgets and ensure adherence- Sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers- Leading promotional activities for the events- Ensuring event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any issues that might occur
