In my role as Technical project manager and working with an amazing team of software engineers, product managers and public health experts. I help to coordinate the development and deployment of a flexible and powerful software for managing Non communicable diseases in public health. Our team develops an ultra-lightweight data recording and visualization tool called Simple that is used by thousands of healthcare workers in India, Bangladesh, Nigeria,Sri Lanka and Ethiopia to manage 3,000,000+ patients with hypertension and diabetes.

I work with a Cross functional team of 8 to deliver Software applications to support the Health Sector.I am responsible for championing application demos and proof of concepts which would reduce skepticism in potential clients by 50%Ensure that all applications undergo complete testing (User Acceptance Tests)to ensure they meet client requirements.Using globally acceptable standards, industry trends, and client needs/expectations, I am responsible for evaluating all existing products of the company and providing recommendations leading to an increase in customer satisfaction.Understand the customer to help develop new products, deliver product strategy, and manage the product roadmap and lifecycle to meet the company’s current and future needs.
