Lead Of Product Operation TeamUbtech Robotics Jun 2018 - Dec 2020中国 广东 深圳Built up the new product operation team from 0 to 13, I and my team focused on Jimu product line, established standard operating procedure & content and cooperated with Sales & Marketing team to make the operation a closed loop .The main work covers kits development, SNS, competition and KOL operation as below.1. Development of new kits, which requires creativity, fast response to market & demo feedback and capability of connecting physical theory with real world application. As product manager of CourtBot, which was the first kit ever developed for competition in UBTech, I've went through the complete procedure that initiates from idea to end users. Both aesthetics conception and technical design of CourtBot are based on gameplay, which drove a new way of development in RD system.CourtBot was the bestseller among Jimu and took 21.4% of the sales volume in 2019. I and my team also launched other kits like Meebot2.0 (exclusive for Apple Store), FireBot (17.3%), Almighty Warriors etc. Products developed by I and my team took 48.4% of the yearly sales volume. (While the rest of sales consisted of former kits). New kits had been launched in Chinese domestic market in 2020 and to be available worldwide in the year of 2021.2. Launched and operated Tik-Tok account about snap-together tech products. The account as "乐高拌饭" was launched on May.28, 2020 and now had over 2.1 million followers. It plays an important role as we're testing content, driving traffic and cooperating with other KOLs of social media.3. I and my team launched the competition platform as RoboGenius in 2018, now we had three different themes as Captain Court (Soccer), Hoop Star (Basketball) and Almighty Warriors (Mars exploration and robot fight). With curriculum and VI, competitions were made into a solution packet for Sales & Marketing team to apply for different scenarios.4. The operation strategy is executed via Facebook & Twitter, the homepages started from Jan.2015, reaches fans as 43K+ by 4.29thAs the only direct communicator from Midea side, I've been independently responsible for communication with multi-vendors before the bid, preparation of application and hosting the bid, the formation of initial workflows, re-organization of the core branding principles and content like logic for ads publishing and graphic design.
