Certified with Dale Carnegie since 2010, I developed my skills and expertise to Senior Trainer level and was also involved in coaching and mentoring other trainers as they developed. My expertise are in the areas of talent development, communicating with impact, culture change, leadership & management & presentation skills. Over 7 years I delivered the High Impact Presentation skills programme for over 1000 people and have experience of achieving results for executives up to director level around the world. An example of just a few of the corporate clients I've worked with are; Virgin Trains, Adidas, Channel 4, Sellafield, SAGAX, PSI CRO, Third Bridge, ABB Engineering, and The Landmark Group.

Expertly coaching senior leaders in global businesses to become high performers as part of both public and in-house training programmes. Project managed large scale in-house change management projects which enabled business growth and increased employee engagement through embedding company values and behaviours. All projects saw a significant return on the bottom line for the client enabling quantifiable results to report to shareholders.

During this time I worked on an exciting project to re-launch a 100 yr old magazine (Wool Record) under a new name (Twist), new brand and new target audience. I was personally responsible for creating new client base and increasing advertising revenue.

Supporting small businesses in retail and hospitality in the Lancashire & Yorkshire regions with their marketing and PR through advertising alongside relevant features in the Lancashire and Yorkshire Riding magazine.I was responsible for sourcing my own leads and developing business to achieve monthly goals and annual targets.

Impromptu publishing specialise in creating music based magazines and newsletters for musicians, music teachers and educational establishments. I was part of a sales team reponsible for increasing advertising revenue with monthly goals and annual targets.My biggest achievement was reviving and doubling the advertising sales revenue on one of our publications.
