Assist with the development, implementation and technical support of database and IT systems within the department. Administration of the central MS SQL database, MYOB System Services and Viztopia. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems with the department's software systems. Extraction and reconfiguration of data from various systems to provide management information for various partners, for performance monitoring and data quality.
