Working as Finance Manager within Tytex has provided me with the opportunity to work with a broad role having the responsibility for the Group Finance, HR and IT and the people within these departments. Tytex is a production company with full value chain in-house. With Headquarter located in Denmark covering Management, Finance, HR, Sales, CS, Development, Compliance and IT, production facilities located in Slovakia and there additional Sales offices located in Germany, UK and USA. Main responsibilities:• Responsible for driving Group Finance, HR and IT• People manager • Providing timely and accurate reporting, month end closing and annual reporting including being hands on • Process owner and driver of the full budget process across the company• Delivering transparent and timely Cash flow management including recommendations for improvements• Optimization of processes, systems and ways of working across countries and departments• Ensuring close collaboration with local Finance in Slovakia and Germany • Risk management of customers including insurance • Driving main HR tasks such as annual performance process, annual salary process, bonus agreements, off-/onboarding and providing ad hoc support when needed

With Schibsted acquiring eBay Classifieds Scandinavia ApS in July 2021 I moved from eBay to Schibsted. Main work responsibilities:• Ensure and support our transition in to Schibsted from a Finance perspective covering new processes, systems, ways of working etc. • Supporting our System migration as subject matter expert on the ERP system and the processes C2T, R2R and Month end. • Implementing 18 month rolling FC process• Ensure daily continuity during migration period • Business partner for our Media Sales, DBA and DBA SME businesses. • Provide comprehensive understanding, analysis and reporting of key metrics• Provide in-depth qualitative analysis of financial results.• As needed, provide timely and accurate financial projection updates identifying risks and opportunities along with recommendations.• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and develop financial models to better understand performance, trends and impacts of decisions. • Process, tool and system development and maintenance to improve efficiency and quality

Working as Financial Controller at eBay I was head of the local controlling team in Denmark. The eBay group covered three Danish entities (eBay Classifieds Denmark ApS, Den Blå Avis A/S and Bil Markedet ApS) and one Swedish entity (Autoact AB). Besides the local controlling team the organization consisted of outsourced service functions, several foreign shared service centers and multiple reporting lines. Main work responsibilities:• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting and month end closing. • Monthly cost forecasting.• Development and implementation of new reporting tolls. • Bridging the Danish business, foreign shared service centers and local controlling.• Management of outsourced functions (Bookkeeping, Billing and Collection).• Process optimization of the Order to Cash Cycle. • Merging three legal (eBay Classifieds Denmark ApS, Den Blå Avis A/S og Bil Markedet ApS) entities into one legal entity (eBay Classifieds Scandinavia ApS).• Annual extern audit and reporting. • Executing ad-hoc requests.• People manager.

Mit arbejde er dynamisk, fyldt med nye udfordringer og med en bred berøringsflade. I min dagligdag fungerer jeg som primære kontakt og ansvarshavende i forhold til kundestyring af mindre og mellemstore kunder. Herunder overholdelse af deadlines, fordeling af arbejdsopgaver, kvalitetssikring, rapportering samt rådgivning indenfor regnskab, skat og moms mv. På større kunder fungerer jeg som mellemleder, og har medansvar i forbindelse med regnskabsaflæggelse, koncernrapportering mv. Derudover omfatter arbejdet løsning af indkommende ad hoc opgaver, oplæring af yngre kollegaer og meget meget mere.Jeg er vant til at have fokus på effektivisering, fakturering samt mersalg.
