I worked jointly with an electrical engineer intern to design, develop and tested several methods of encasing a high voltage capacitor to prevent moisture intrusion which would cause degradation over time. This capacitor would be integrated within a wearable cardioverter defibrillator. During this processes I developed a novel method of encasing capacitors within epoxy which may be patented in the near future. Working closely with another intern and the engineering team as a whole allowed me to gain key experience working on a team at the professional level.

Positions included Checkout Advocate, front of store advocate and guest services advocate. These positions require Target specific technical knowledge such as store polices and how to use the various equipment.

Responsibilities included private lessons for aspiring Black Belt candidates, performing choreographed martial art routines at community events, managing summer camp programs, community outreach such as self-defense seminars, participation in seasonal community events such as the haunted trail, creating curriculum for and instructing classes that were age appropriate for preschool through adult as well as classes that were belt level specific.
