About Brad Bollinger

My career started with an art degree in graphic design and print production, but early on evolved into a technology and innovation role. With the introduction of the world wide web in the mid-nineties my career took a quick turn and allowed me to get in on the ground floor in the new digital world.I started as an intern at an ad agency in South Dakota and over the next ten years progressed from developer to manager of the tech team. During those years my programming and technology skills progressed in HTML, JS, Flash, ColdFusion and SQL Server. My career then shifted gears for the next five years to focus on the Flash platform exclusively. During that time I worked with clients of my personal business to build rich interactive Flash experiences. I also joined a small interactive agency in Minneapolis and began architecting and leading development of online Flash games. Towards the end of that time, my primary focus was on Flex development. In 2010 I accepted a position at Target to lead their Flash development team as an Interactive Development Architect. In addition to architecting and writing code, I managed a team of developers in the US and India. In 2012 I hung up my programming gloves to focus on managing the team and developing leaders within the team.In 2013 the gears shifted again to broaden the scope of my leadership from interactive development to include an entire digital execution team. Our focus was creating a new digital guest engagement platform which provided a uniquely Target experience which helped drive the evolution of our Weekly Ad and Target.com.In 2016 another opportunity presented itself to lead a cross-disciplinary digital execution team to evolve an existing social shopping experience called Awesome Shop.Specialties: Product Ownership, Lean & Scrum, UX Testing, IT Management, Flash, Flex, Actionscript, OOP, Patterns, Architecture, ColdFusion, HTML, DHTML, CSS, CSS-P, Javascript, SQL, XML, Graphic Production, Electroserver, Java

Listed skills include Flash, Actionscript, Css, User Experience, and 41 others.
