Responsibilities included management of the eMaintech web application team, including all support, development and maintenance activities for the company's core service management and ERP system. Also responsible for Logistics Supply Chain Operations, managing the company's service parts supply chain network, strategic vendor relationships and programs.

Managed relationship between business management and IT organization for technology support and services. Developed and presented KPI performance metrics and project updates to senior business management in monthly multi-site meetings. Managed desktop support organization for all domestic locations, comprised of over 50 technicians in 15 locations.

Promoted to Director of Support Operations in 1996, with P&L responsibility for $20M in annual service revenues.. Managed a national field service organization of over 100 technicians, meeting all profitability goals and objectives in that time.

Reporting to division president, responsible for budget creation and management for then $40M service organization. Prepared budget, P&L forecasts, financial/ operational models and reconciled monthly actuals vs. forecasts.
