In this position, I built a development team consisting of Android, iOS, QA and AI groups from scratch. My responsibilities are:- building and evolving development teams- creating a smooth and consistent process distributed across several timezones- managing the hiring process

We built a small but powerful team of more than 20 developers.Developed and supported 52 projects of various types: mobile apps, chat bots, e-commerce sites, portals, APIs, platforms and others.

The service was a WYSIWYG-constructor of chat bots before it became fashionable.I developed this service from scratch (during Tech Wildcatters acceleration) by assembling and managing a small team of engineers.

Develop distributed high-load services, 24/7 fault tolerant services, distributed databases using combined SQL/NoSQL solutions; optimise legacy components.

Develop services of the anti-spam system handling hundreds of millions mails per day.

Develop key components of the anti-spam system. Research and development of spam detection algorithms; algorithm optimisation for use in a high-load distributed environment.

Development and support of application software for banking equipment. During this employment period, I worked as a development team lead and took part in building projects for payment terminals and developing tools for distributed equipment monitoring.
