Re-created the finance and HR organizations following the acquisition by Eurofins, and managed IT systems integration while migrating financial systems to a shared service model. Partnered with executive leadership to create platform resources to establish a new line of business.

Initial design and implementation of the financial management environment, accounting, control, reporting, HR and payroll policies and procedures following investment by private equity. Analyzed market potential and acquisition targets, performing due diligence to integrate acquisitions adding 12 locations, 7 jurisdictions, $20M revenue and $8M EBITDA in 8.
