Continuously perform code reviews, feedback and refinements, taking the lead in decisions related to the architecture of new features in a tecnical way.- I manage a multidisciplinary SRE and Platform Engineering team. Our scope encompasses Observability, Developer Experience, Cloud Architecture and Cost Management.Significant contributions:- Implemented a new, more effective communication system after the company transitioned to fully remote.- Introduced the DevOps culture, institutionalizing the SRE functions and the focus on Platform Resilience, adopting new APM, CI/CD and code management tools, standardizing environments, and thereby improving response time and server latency by 250% and customers by 400%, as well as uptime by 99.99%, thus arriving on this date Feb/24 with around 700 million requests/month, representing an increase of 330% since I took on this position, this all with an increase of just 1% in investment in Cloud, representing around $400k in savings over the period.- Successfully coordinated the migration of the Cloud Provider from AWS to OCI (Oracle Cloud) in just 3 months of planning, 1 day of execution and 20 minutes of downtime, followed by several optimizations with the adoption of Kubernetes and MySQL Heatwave.- Led the technological and infrastructure integration after the acquisition of the company 5Hub by PipeRun, incorporating it into our processes and standards.- I established several KPIs, such as DORA Metrics, and promoted a data-driven culture in teams, increasing the quality of processes and implementing new, more efficient practices in team management.
