Our team has worked side by side with BCCK for several years but have recently opened the construction division up to more closely manage our full EPC projects. BCCK is a globally significant player in the field of natural gas processing and treating. We serve the energy industry - worldwide. My role primarily focuses on the construction of these processing facilities. I oversee and monitor all construction actives from the ground up. I work hand in hand with the office to make sure that our facilities are constructed according to our plans and specifications. As questions arise during construction I am the first point of contact on site to resolve issues. I manage RFI's, review change orders, and direct T&M contractors when needed. I monitor the construction progress to insure timely delivery of materials and equipment. I also manage contractors schedules and help develop recovery plans if needed to meet project milestones. I communicate daily with our clients and our sub contractors to ensure the construction phase moves as smooth as possible.
