Jasmine, also known as “Bo’Marie”, is a Customer Account Manager at 160 Driving Academy, where she works closely with key, national partners to provide timely and successful solutions to their needs. She communicates the progress of enrollment initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, resolves complaints, and monitors and analyzes students' progress throughout training. She uses her Salesforce Lightning skills to track and report key metrics and trends to improve customer retention and satisfaction.Jasmine is also a Chicago-based actress, writer, and comedian with a passion for amplifying Black and LGBTQIA+ voices. She recently graduated from DePaul University with her MFA in Screenwriting with a comedy concentration in partnership with The Second City. She has over two years of experience as a faculty and performer at Dallas Comedy House, where she taught and performed stand-up comedy, improv, and sketch. She also founded and presided over the Dallas Comedy House Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee, which aimed to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for comedians of diverse backgrounds.
