Currently working on a few things I've been curious about for a while - full bio below.-----Industrial Engineer (AUC Class of 2010). Joined Vodafone's Discover program in its inaugural year. For 3 years, held a variety of junior roles and learned the basics of data analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making.Enrolled at Harvard Business School for an MBA (learned a lot & met brilliant folks). Graduated in 2015, relocated to Seattle, and spent the following 5 years working primarily at Amazon. Held vital Product roles at Amazon ReCommerce and at Prime Video.Returned to Egypt in 2020, spent 2 years helping Instabug expand its product portfolio + build out most of its stellar Product and Design teams. Moved to 4Sale and led a workforce of around 80 people -spanning Software Engineering, Product, UX Design, Analytics, and Operations. Amazing experience, people, and results. Left in 2024 - now working on a few things I've been curious about. Wish me luck!

Auto Downloads is pretty cool (I think so at least). It detects episodes that you downloaded and watched on Prime Video mobile apps, and then when you're on wifi it automatically downloads the next X episodes and (if you want) deletes the one(s) you already watched to save storage space. And you get to choose the X. I left Amazon just when it launched, but later learned that it's now being used by millions of users (which obviously made my day; I am now addicted to recreating that feeling). -
