In my current position my main role is to have the first touch on future tasks, continue the dialogue with the stakeholder to get the deeper understanding of the need to be fulfilled. This will transform into Epics and Stories in JIRA along with confluence pages to support the overview and description that can later be used for documentation.The Epic and Stories are used for IT-team Refinement and Sprint planning, discussing the solution with the team of developers.I’m a team player, and take great interest in the interaction with stakeholders and developers, including the process clarifying how to support the exact need in the best way.My strength is, that I have IT knowledge based on my past as a developer, and are able to communicate to both business people and developers about a task. This give me the oppotunity to share a screen with a developer, and extract data from the databases for analysis purpose. On the other hand I have the insights in the business which I can use to ensure the red line in business concepts.Even though I've been in the same company for many years, I've been working with many different areas in different roles. As a person I'm positive, and believe that humour and a god laugh can help in many ways.
