SDRP was established in spring 2021 to fundraise, welcome and support a refugee family to resettle in our local area under the UK Government’s Community Sponsorship scheme.The project is lead by a steering group of 12 people and a wider volunteer team who all contribute in the support of a family as they adjust to life in the UK, learn English and start working locally in West Sussex.

Working specifically on the 'Screens Everywhere' strand, investigating costs and practicalities of mounting quality temporary cinemas of different scales and configurations in the region, both indoors and outdoors. The resulting report will form the basis of a toolkit for FHSE members.

The World Famous, now closed, was a company of creative pyrotechnicians with a passion for playing with fire. We used fireworks, fire, flame and special effects to animate, amaze, celebrate and communicate. Our shows combined pyrotechnics with performance, music, lighting and projections.
