A strategic, result driven team player with integrity and an ethical approach to delivering projects within time and budget, and a background of working on various small and large scale residential and commercial projects.I started working on construction sites when I was studying for my bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Working as a Site Engineer helped me develop teamwork and collaboration skills, integrity, and respect for teammates. I also gained valuable experience on how to work under pressure.I have a personality with a “can do” attitude, and aim to complete tasks to the best of my ability. I take pride in my work and I am continually looking for opportunities to improve my performance and exploring opportunities that will allow me to challenge myself and grow.There is certainly yet more to learn. From my point of view, innovation and learning from best practices is one of the critical keys to solve many complex problems that we are currently facing in construction industry.It is because of this motivation, that I undertook a research project on “Lean Construction Management”.
