1. Take charge for the Ericsson project NPI testing, analyze the test specification, make test plan and generate solutions for functional test fixtures. And review the quotation of fixtures. 2. Perform the strain Gage test, GRR, CPK for all testers, develop some test scripts with Linux shell, setup and validate test stations also finish the FMEA for each station.3. Feedback test issues to customer on time, and execute some experiments to find out the root cause. Define the test control procedure, rework procedure, ECO procedure and RMA procedure with CFT team.4. Make consistent improvement plan and target to increase the FPY, reduce NDF, down time and debug WIP. Provide FA report for bad material to SQE member, and drive the component supplier continual improvement. To process issues, cooperate with CFT members to find out root cause, take actions to solve and prevent them.5. Join in the monthly KAIZEN activity, improve the process and reduce cost. For example, organize test group to develop an auto test program, it reduces the test cycle time and simplify the operation process.
