As a part of the Strelka Institute's Program that I attended in Moscow, researchers routinely worked with traditional companies within the industry, helping them contextualize challenges and identify new opportunities.In the course of the project, our advising group has been embedded within C&W HQ in Moscow to identify, and frame the challenges facing commercial real estate. Followed by the thorough research work, we outlined the strategy that unlocks ways to increase value and operational income of commercial real estate properties by altering systemic and intangible factors (software), as opposed to physical and tangible aspects of buildings (hardware). As part of three-members project team, I was responsible for facilitating the team and work with the stakeholders, conducting research and interviews, ideation, strategy, service design, business model prototyping, and presentation to the client.

Šiaurė [lithuanian for North] is the place where crafts and design meet. A platform for continuous collaboration, it is not a typical brand with an in-house design department and outsourced manufacturing logistics, but rather a match finding agency. Šiaurė carefully selects best artisanals in the region, and matches them with professional designers, while conceptualizing and orchestrating production of home items that carry the best of the worlds of crafts and design. OMA is a leading international partnership practicing architecture, urbanism, and cultural analysis. OMA’s buildings and masterplans around the world insist on intelligent forms while inventing new possibilities for content and everyday use. Having started as intern in New York office in 2012, I soon was offered the full-time position, and grew to be responsible for design direction of selected projects, working closely with the partners—both independently and within the multidisciplinary teams—on world-class projects for clients including Tishman Realty, Alan Faena, Marina Abramovic, Dasha Zhukova. Body of my work at OMA includes projects of various scales and complexities spanning masterplaning, commercial real estate and cultural institutions with primary focus on concept development phase. Last year at OMA, I have worked on European and Middle East projects from OMA HQ office in Rotterdam.Key contributions:- Exhibited excellent conceptual, design and visual communication skills, contributing to overall of 20 high-profile projects- Contributed to winning 7 high-profile, international architectural competitions as dedicated member of project teams- Successfully communicated within the organization, and with outside consultants and stakeholders

Future Sentiments is the brand that I co-founded in 2010 in Amsterdam with the aim to process trends and visual archetypes of contemporary culture, and translate them into limited-edition statement pieces. Inspired by cross-cultural references, Future Sentiments' work spanned styling, spatial installations, footwear and apparel design, and was available for sale cities around the world including Amsterdam, New York, Barcelona and Moscow. As co-founder and creative director of an independent label, I was responsible for all the operations spanning ideation, design, communication, production management, and—oftentimes—execution.Key contributions:- Developed naming, identity, look-and-feel of the brand- Designed and managed production of FS-SS-11—capsule clothing collection, the new take on unisex tops- Designed and developed website and online store- Designed and managed production of the footwear prototype in collaboration with Nike Lithuania- Created editorial and styling for Ulrich Schnauss music video for 'A Ritual in Time and Death', released on Domino Records- Created series of prints for collaboration with London-based Cassiopeia Project- Sold Future Sentiments products to 27 countries

FR-EE is a international architecture and industrial design firm with offices in New York and Mexico City. Over the past 15 years, FR-EE has realized and proposed projects in a number of countries that encompass different programs and contexts, from museums and office buildings to dense urban centers and the desert. As designer, I have been working in New York office on projects and developments of multiple scales randing from small museums to city prototypes. Responsibilities included schematic design, programming, design development, presentation material and visualization making.

Next Architects is Amsterdam-based architecture practice that covers the full spectrum of the architectural field, with highly diverse portfolio ranging from design products to urban plans. Throughout my summer internship at Next, I was working on several residential and infrastructural projects. Responsibilities included research, schematic design, design development, production of drawing sets and presentation materials.Key contributions:- Contributed extensively to 'Moscow Block 101'—competition for developing residential area just outside of Moscow that was awarder honorable mention- Developed visual communication and architectural visualizations for major submissions

3XN is progressive architecture practice with embedded R&D department that works on implementing new materials and technologies within the studio's projects. I have joined 3XN for an internship as a part of my study curriculum in summer of 2009, and was working on several medium-scale projects. Responsibilities included 3D modeling, interior design, schematic design, and production of presentation materials.

Lithuanian Union of Architects in an organization with diverse spectrum of activities spanning organization of international architectural competitions, educational and publishing work. I have joined LUA to help with the design for the exhibition. As graphic designer, my responsibilities included visual identity development, graphic design for signage and way-finding, book design, and coordination of print production.
