    As a part of the Strelka Institute's Program that I attended in Moscow, researchers routinely worked with traditional companies within the industry, helping them contextualize challenges and identify new opportunities.In the course of the project, our advising group has been embedded within C&W HQ in Moscow to identify, and frame the challenges facing commercial real estate. Followed by the thorough research work, we outlined the strategy that unlocks ways to increase value and operational income of commercial real estate properties by altering systemic and intangible factors (software), as opposed to physical and tangible aspects of buildings (hardware). As part of three-members project team, I was responsible for facilitating the team and work with the stakeholders, conducting research and interviews, ideation, strategy, service design, business model prototyping, and presentation to the client.
