Through these initiatives, I aim to inspire the next generation of engineers and leaders in the robotics industry, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence at UC Berkeley Fung Institute for Engineering Leadership.Key Achievements:• Successfully orchestrated an exclusive industry tour to NVIDIA headquarters, providing a unique opportunity for 40 members of our affinity group to explore cutting-edge robotics labs and engage directly with industry experts. This event not only expanded our community's practical understanding of robotics but also strengthened our network within the tech industry.• Developed and led a series of workshops and seminars aimed at enhancing technical skills and fostering innovation within the field of robotics, ensuring our members are well-equipped to contribute to and lead in the rapidly evolving landscape of engineering and technology.• Implemented a mentorship program connecting students with professionals in the robotics field, facilitating valuable guidance, knowledge exchange, and career development opportunities.

As Art Director, I combined creativity with technical innovation, leading the production of custom airbrushed merchandise for brands like Adidas, Nike, and Reebok. I managed teams ranging from 2 to 15 members, depending on project scope, and worked hands-on throughout the production process. Hands-On Production: Designed and executed tens of thousands of airbrushed products, from apparel to murals, ensuring high standards of quality. Team Leadership: Led teams across multiple projects, collaborating with designers and event planners to meet tight deadlines. Engineering & Innovation - Airbox: Developed the Airbox, a mobile workstation featuring tool holders, cooling systems, and custom lighting, designed with Autodesk Fusion 360, which improved workflow and reduced setup time for artists. Digital Presence: Created a WordPress and Shopify platform that enhanced brand visibility and provided credibility in the art market.After years of balancing creativity with business, I decided to leave The Airbrush Company. While art remains a passion, it began to feel more like a job than a creative outlet. My interest in engineering and startups now allows me to channel my creativity into scalable, impactful solutions.

As a technical Co-Founder of Perpetua Industries, I led a venture focused on producing high-precision, affordable CNC milling machines with the goal of creating scalable CNC farms for small-scale manufacturers.Designed and constructed CNC machines with 0.01-inch repeatability, ensuring a high level of precision. Utilized tools like SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, and ArtCAM for 3D modeling, ensuring detailed part designs and manufacturability.Developed an advanced control system based on Arduino-based GRBL controller, filters, motor drivers with feedback, sensors, and optocouplers, which enhanced the CNC's performance, reliability, repeatability, and ease of use.Successfully navigated the complexities of supply chain disruptions using Agile methodologies, ensuring components were sourced efficiently during the pandemic. Secured initial customers through direct outreach and product demonstrations, highlighting the CNC’s precision and affordability.Perpetua Industries was a valuable learning ground for me, providing insights into the technical and business challenges of developing scalable hardware solutions.
