As the Product Manager III, Hardware Business, I am responsible for understanding IDEXX’s practice management software requirements and ensuring optimal performance in several different customer environments (for example: server-based, cloud and virtual) by creating (working with Product Engineering) and commercializing the ideal hardware infrastructure for each. I am responsible for product management, road-map, vendor relationships, supply chain optimization, sales channel partnership, competitive analysis, market analysis, customer requirements & insight, go-to-market strategy, segmentation, and pricing strategy. My responsibilities also include the financial forecast and strategies to meet the fiscal targets for the hardware business within the Veterinary Software and Services division of IDEXX.

As the Smart Flow Program Manager at IDEXX, my responsibilities included the integration of the Smart Flow business into the IDEXX infrastructure. Specifically, I was the primary HR contact for Smart Flow and I worked closely with the IDEXX HR department to on-board the Smart Flow employees with as little disruption as possible. I am also one of the two primary drivers for the Procurement Work Stream which was tasked to on-board all of the Smart Flow vendors and suppliers into the IDEXX procurement and accounting process. I also participated with the Sales, Customer Success and Billing work streams.

Smart Flow is a workflow optimization system that helps veterinary practices increase their bottom line by up to 20% by converting the hospitals into a completely paperless environment. Smart Flow will improve communication, generate efficiencies and will help to capture more charges for the products and services provided to general public.As the General Manager of Smart Flow, my responsibilities include human capital management, supply chain management, hardware integration as well as process mapping and documentation.
