- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for ReferOn, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the affiliate tracking tool landscape.- Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to gather feedback and insights to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.- Monitor and analyze user feedback, platform performance, and industry developments to continuously improve ReferOn's functionality, user experience, and overall performance.- Work closely with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the usability of the ReferOn platform.- Serve as a product evangelist, conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and engaging with clients and prospects to understand their needs and gather feedback.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to affiliate marketing and tracking tools.

- Service, configuration, maintenance and taking care of the daily running of Affiliate Tracking Platforms (e.x. NetRefer/IncomeAccess):* Planning, executing and evaluating affiliate program related projects such as: program enhancements, upgrades and changes, integrations* Managing payments, providing business intelligence and assisting the end of month reporting with finance and accounting.- Analyze and report program performance using affiliate and 3rd party analytics platform:* Provide comprehensive reporting to all levels and making recommendations to improve overall performance of the system;* Manage and maintain internal databases & document systems & internal processes;* Responsible for the overall coordination of affiliate accounts and groups;* Creation of advanced ad hoc spreadsheets reporting and projection documents* Manage, enforce and develop T&Cs for the affiliate program with Head of Affiliates and Affiliate Marketing Director- Manage, coordinate and lead significant projects of the Department:* Supporting the Affiliate Managers in their efforts to increase their KPIs* Handle administrative tasks of the Department* Communicate daily with various internal department to solve technical and other issues* Handle troubleshooting relating to the affiliates systems* Assist with Research and Development (R&D) which is the part of a company's operations that seeks knowledge to develop, design, and enhance its products, services, technologies, or processes, marketing and cost reduction.

- Creation of advanced excel reporting and projection documents- Service, configuration, maintenance and taking care of the daily running of NetRefer/IncomeAccess Affiliate Platforms- Planning, executing and evaluating affiliate program related projects such as: site enhancements, upgrades and changes- Managing payments, providing business intelligence and assisting the end of month reporting with finance and accounting.- Creation, managing and providing technical support and implementation of landing pages, media, trackings- Leading the training of other team members- Collaborating with all other departments to optimise performance

- Outreaching for new Affiliates- Identification and recruitment of new online marketing traffic channels - Delivering on weekly and monthly traffic and sales targets- Monitor performance of affiliates, such as source of traffic, the quality of their players and the - revenues they are generating to increase ROI and reach KPIs- Reactivation of affiliates already in the affiliate system- Monitoring online marketing channels to ensure optimization- Management of affiliate portfolio- Correspond regularly with Affiliates- Implementing strategies to maximize customer generation from online marketing channels- Planning, assisting and executing marketing campaigns
