Responsibilities:As Engineering Manager of the Multimedia Team in Marvell Technology Groups Ltd, Beijing BPE Group, I focus on leading team to deliver multimedia total solution for Marvell PXA Android platforms in the following areas:1. Multimedia framework/middleware development, integration: including stagefright, OpenMAX IL, FFmpeg, GStreamer, etc.2. Multimedia primitives and codecs development, integration and optimization.3. Carrier OT for multimedia parts.4. Maintain multimedia/graphics/camera modules in Marvell PXA android platforms.Achievement:1. Design and lead team to implement BPE multimedia total solution based on Stagefright. This solution supports most popular file formats and codecs (FLV, MOV, RMVB, ASF, AVI, APE, etc), it is obvious a good enhancement for Google's original solution, and it is also well recognized by our customers.2. Design and lead team to implement SuperExtractor which is based on FFmpeg, it can parse almost all common audio/video format and streaming.3. Lead team to pass CMCC and CU Carrier OT for multimedia parts.4. Lead team to do new feature and bug fix for multimedia/graphics/camera modules, including accurate seek, subtitle, etc.

Lead for CMMB R&D in InfoTM and FreeScale platform.4. Lead for stagefright flv (flash video) R&D in NVidia platform.5. Lead for multimedia project in NVidia platform.6. Lead for Stagefright mkv/webm and Http Live Streaming enhancement.7. Lead for V2oIP (Video Call) project R&D in FreeScale platform.Achievement:These multimedia features have been successfully added to our pad platform, such as InfoTM/TouchFly 2 Pad, NVidia Pad, FreeScale Pad, etc.

Responsibilities:Working as team lead in multimedia team.1. Camera App, framework and HAL R&D in Qualcomm platform.2. Lead for Gallery/PhotoViewer app development.3. Lead for Music, VideoPlayer, MediaCenter app development.Achievement:These multimedia apps have been applied in many different ROMs which is requirement by customers.

Responsibilities:Working in CMCC value-added department.1. MSpaces client R&D.2. Backup & Restore R&D.Achievement:1. Successfully develop MSpaces client app which is well known as Mobee News.2. Successfully develop Backup & Restore app, which is a preloaded app in OPhone.

As a SW engineer, working in Network department.I mainly focus on VOD streaming server domain development.

As an intern, working as SW engineer in multimedia team in EZX platform.I mainly focus on Multimedia apps (Camera/VideoPlayer/Music/PhotoEditor) new feature development and bug fix.
