I led over 50 teams as an entrepreneur doing IT system implementations and later led 40+ teams as a “leader in industry.” In 2006 I refocused my work to concentrate on Team and Executive Coaching. It is rewarding to see Teams become more effective, enjoy their work more, and build sustainable results. EXECUTIVE COACHING – My second area of passion is coaching newly promoted managers, senior leaders, and high-potential staff identified for advancement. I help them identify what made them successful in the past, and what new skills are needed in more senior roles.
