I specialized in the drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well in assessing patentability of inventions pertaining to telecommunications for Top 10 carrier grade and wireless equipment manufacturers. I managed patent application portfolios for two Top 10 telecommunications equipment manufacturers. Major projects included protecting hardware level implementations of technical advances in VoIP and protecting implementations of network operations management systems. My multidisciplinary background was also very well suited for serving a very wide client base in diverse fields of technology. A substantial portion of my duties involved the drafting and prosecution of industrial designs pertaining to articles ranging from handheld devices to farming machinery.

Customer facing position in Network Solutions Marketing specializing in marketing carrier grade data switching and routing equipment, and services. I was responsible for defining requirements specifications for carrier grade equipment.

Gained extensive patent drafting and prosecution experience in: telecommunications, software, electronics, electrical, semiconductors, optronics, mechanics, aerospace, etc. Gained experience in providing patentability opinions. I helped protect intellectual property related to xDSL for North America's top telecommunications equipment manufacturer, securing electronic transactions over the internet, etc.

Recurring examination session position. Duties included supervising students taking exams. Responsibilities included ensuring fairness in assessing students proficiencies, secure transport of examination materials, etc.

Project: design a robotic biological sample processing system. This involved: the development of a schedule-driven pair of robotic arms configured to wash, controllably fill and controllably dispense chemical agents into test tubes; and the development of a schedule-driven conveyor belt pacing test tube assays through the robotic sample processor.
