In addition, I support, advise and consult with key partners across Israel in relation to national employability issues. In addition, I lead on funder-relations and regularly present and showcase our work to US donors.

I was responsible for the Internal Verification of the assessment processes within large private training provider in the UK. This involved managing quality processes, taking corrective action to deal issues and providing regular status reports and quality improvement plans.

As part of the senior management team, I was responsible for all areas of developing and managing the apprenticeship programme at Mapalim. This included designing and implementing new apprenticeships in diverse subject areas. I was responsible for drawing down SFA (government) funding, and managing compliance with funding requirements, managing the quality of the provision and managing the audit processes with the division. I have responsibility for over 350 apprentices, and a staff team of 20 people.
