Projects:May 1 to October. 30, 2020 - Adaptable and Digitally-Enabled Post-Crisis Transformation (ADEPT project) in partnership with LGU Pasig City.May 2016 to March 2020 - Accelerating Bottom-Up Budgeting Through Inclusive and Effective Governance (BUB Project) in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)• Perform technical and administrative functions to support the Project Manager in line with the project implementation;• Assist in preparing and updating the project document, procurement plan, and M&E plan;• Conduct data analysis to help support project strategic direction;• In coordination with the M&E staff, design the establishment and maintenance of the project’s database or library. Establish an effective system of assessing the validity of monitoring and evaluation through a review of activities/installations;• Introduce and develop project planning, and monitoring and evaluation tools, modules, working papers and guidance notes for the effective implementation of the project;• Prepare feasible and well-informed project concepts through activity designs, work plans, contracts, consultants TORs, budgets etc., needed to ensure the timely and quality implementation of project activities and the achievement of expected results;• Perform regular project monitoring and evaluation functions, identifying implementation difficulties, and operational and strategic issues and recommending appropriate solutions or course of action;• Provide support in organizing Project Board Meetings and Represent the PM in the Technical Working Group meetings and related inter-agency meetings and coordination.• Support the PM and relevant personnel in the preparation of project reports;

• Manage the daily operations of the Programme Task Force (PTF), the DILG project management office responsible in the implementation of the European Union-Philippines Justice Support Programme (EPJUST II Programme): Enhancing Accessibility, Fighting Impunity, funded by the European Union Commission• Assist the Imprest Administrator in drawing up the technical and operational parts of the programme estimate;• Coordinate the preparation of the First Programme Estimates (FPE), the Overall Work Plan (OWP), and the Annual Work Plan (AWP), including their budget to be approved by the DILG and the EU Commission;• Review Operational Programme Estimates for approval;• Ensure the management of all PTF’s financial, personnel and administrative affairs;• Coordinate activities to ensure implementation as approved by the DILG and EU Commission in accordance with EU procedures;• Coordinate the preparation of standardized monthly progress reports to monitor all technical, financial and administrative aspects on the utilization and impact of all programme resources;• Recommend policy orientation, legal and regulatory and corrective measures to the Programme Steering Committee (PSC).

Developed programs for the Housing Support Services being implemented in the Habitat communities.Implemented projects on Micro savings initiatives funded by the Citi Foundation. The project advocating value of savings practices through the introduction of Financial Education/Literacy and Construction Technical Assistance.

Supervised the effective day-to-day activities and provides guidance on operational issues and PRMF policies among the Physical Works Team.Facilitated coordination with Provincial Officer and internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of requirements and implementation of activities.

Responsible in conceptualizing and developing social enterprises aligned to the needs of the cooperatives in the Philippines. The execution of programs for the cooperatives is in partnership with the foreign funding institutions.Responsible in overseeing that the concept and advocacies promoted in the development of the projects are implemented by the cooperatives in their business operations.
