• Day to day operational support of customer environments• Responsible for recurring system changes on customer environments• Provide solid technical foundation to/across all of our customer environments• Ensure that all incidents are logged and effectively managed, resolved and escalated if necessary• Identify trends across customer base and feedback observations and assessments.• Revision of technical documentation and specifications as part of troubleshooting.• Provide project support and testing within customer environments.• Implementing solutions/enhancements/configuration based on Architectural recommendations.• Consulting on implementation and test plans for upgrades/go-lives.• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on progress of projects and reporting on open/outstanding issues.• Teaming up with PM in larger-scale projects, and also actively responsible for: Installation and Configuration cycle Unit Testing and systems integration cycle Problem solving with technical issues during project Logging and follow-up of incident tickets Onsite and/or remote go-live and upgrade assistance

• Project planning, design and implementation • Production support and standby – 1st call• Investigate and resolve production incidents • T- SQL scripting to query and update database contents• Cards configuration.• Environmental instability analysis, performance monitoring and troubleshooting • Log tickets with ACI help24 for production issues• Integrator configuration and support• Use of tools like SQL Profiler, Wireshark and Windows Performance Monitor• Assist with MasterCard, Visa, BankServ associations and EMV certifications.• Active/ active ATM and POS support • Analyse technical documentation and specifications as part of troubleshooting process• Troubleshoot communication channels with all clients at a network level.• Load and Configure Keys on Postilion Applications• Support Prognosis monitoring• Assist with day to day queries from internal departments, external vendors as well as clients/merchant issues.• Support end-to-end testing in ETE and QA
