Optimise running of the plant from the Control Room Take actions to ensure that the plant runs continuously within specified parameters. Monitors the production on the Control Panel(DCS) on a continuous basis and takes readings (e.g., pressure/temperature) on an hourly basis. Monitors readings every hour (e.g., tonnage) and enters data into electronic log sheet. Filling in an excel logsheet, Capturing receipts of loads from trucks on FOS Database system. Loading and Offloading from tankers, taking samples from the product.Supervising the work of attendants and general workers. Allocates tasks and assist them when they encounter work problems.Ensure SHE requirements met on shift, Conducts necessary check on staff to ensure that they have the appropriate PPE.

Checking that all properties are in specification and make adjustments where necessary. Monitoring the D.C.S. for Alarms & Faults. Working in adherence with the safety regulations.
