I'm the founder and senior pastor of Real Life Christian Communities (https://rlcc.ph). I'm also an adjunct faculty at the International Graduate School of Leadership (https://igsl.asia).Together with four other couples, my wife and I planted RLCC in 1996 in San Pedro, Laguna. The vision of RLCC is to become a movement of Christian communities located in various places, whether online or in-person, united under one vision frame, one set of values, and one set of distinct biblical beliefs.I'm known to many as PB. I believe that leadership and leadership development are vital to churches and all types of organizations. For this reason, and because I believe everyone has influence, I have devoted and will continue to devote my life to helping people become better leaders.I'm married to Gina, and we are blessed with two sons, John David and Joseph Immanuel. We live in San Pedro, Laguna, a few hours south of Metro Manila.My hobbies? I love Jazz music and I also love to play Jazz guitar. I also love reading books and/or listening to audiobooks and podcasts (more of the latter really, because of my age). I also love drinking coffee, hanging out with friends, and talking about the Gospel or the spiritual life.
