About Argie Bagares

Started my career as an Electrical Engineer to the main power transmission company in the Philippines. Moved on to a developer role for AS400 Iseries system. I was handling the main software for an International Heavy Equipment Company. Continued my developer career for a Fortune 500, Health Insurance Company in the States. I was working with counterparts from the States to implement big changes to the system as well as minor corrections. Now handling a team of more than 10 people across multiple Cities and Countries. Managing the same team that supports a Health Insurance System in the USA.
