My Responsibility• List all assets that exist in the company for the Preventive Maintenance planning, making the PID of all the line as utility line, or line processing packing. Together with Maintenance Planner asset data is entered into the CMMS (SAP Plant Maintenance).• Setting maintenance goals for all asset based on maintenance MTBF, MTTR, and 5 core value (Safety, environment, available, quality and cost)• Develop a system how to take care of all assets, including determining critical assets based FMECA -Failure Mode Effect and Critical Analysis• Arrange organization for Preventive Maintenance• Make annual maintenance schedule together with engineering manager, and set them through CMMS together with Planner and create a system of preparation of each Work Order planning.• Create and set the system or the work flow of all the work, including the work flow PM, CM, Calibration, project and retrieval systems in technical spare parts warehouse.• Help to make the system inventory and purchase, including set min stocks of critical spare parts after the maint concept developed through stages and make part numbering based on the asset register.• Develop KPI of each stage of tool Blue print to show progress, and KPI department, as well as prepare for the audit, internal audit and external audit.• Ensure the cost and benefits of each type of work, especially the work is Modifications (Improvement) or project.• Develop a system to perform Breakdown analysis of each type of breakdown as well as to follow up not to happen again.• Develop personnel, include make training schedule (sharing skills), make the skill matrix for maintenance and must think creatively to constantly adapt to new technology.• Monitor the implementation of the Maintenance system that has been prepared, if necessary shall assist the implementation of care and overhoul.
