Created e-learning modules on Moodle platform.

Lead development of the first Human Resources self-service intranet platform called Eureka. Worked with technical staff and HR professionals to create a graphics-based intranet as an independent contractor. Recruited technical staff using behavioral interviewing techniques staffing 30 systems projects. Implemented an image-based applicant tracking system on time and on budget. Trained staff how to use intranet and applicant-tracking system. Also ran the HR Department for several other small to mid-sized firms.

In HR Planning and Strategy, created a pay-for-performance program, re-engineered the HRIS, and worked for senior managers on international policy development. Created an automated system for determining the competitiveness of compensation programs called The Market Analyzer. Conducted employee engagement surveys for 100,000 employees. Designed training programs for senior managers and human resources professionals on multiple human resources systems and policies.
