I serve my community crafted food and drink that has been infused with passion and care. It starts with a specialty drink which opens the door to communication which leads to community. My decade in specialty hospitality has taught me is that it's all about human connection. Everyone is deserving of your time and honesty. My specialty belongs in creating spaces of comfort and bringing out the best in my team and community.I am a creative, adaptable and dependable leader. I'm very passionate about creating a work environment in which people want to work in and a community wants to support. Hospitality has provided me with fast paced problem solving skills, effective stress management tools, an open-minded thought process and a talent in conflict resolution.
