Performed startup operations and trained company operators for a “two on one” consisting of two GE 7FA gas turbines, two Heat Recovery Steam Generation units with a GE D11 frame steam turbine-generator during steam blows through start up including overseeing steam blows, raw water pretreatment, and R/O units producing de-mineralized water. The two Heat Recovery Steam Generation units and a GE D11 frame steam turbine-generator were added to existing simple cycle GE 7FA gas turbines.
