I have a great passion for live performance and the intersection of technology and art. A small percent of story telling is actually spoken - most of the emotion and tone is controlled by supporting visual and musical content. I love finding subtle ways to move an audience without explicit narration. My specialty lies in motion design content, but I have experience in lighting and the more technical side of production. I have worked for the UT Dallas Theater as a technical assistant for about 3 years and have learned the fundamentals of working in a technical environment. I have helped construct sets, worked as an A1 in the musical “American Idiot”, supplied technical support for an array of university events, and most recently stage managed “Winsor and Gertie” and “Newsies”.Throughout my undergraduate, I have designed motion design content for the OMNI Hotel as a part of Dallas Art Month in downtown Dallas. I stage managed and designed typographical motion content for the Credo Community Choir’s performance in the Moody. Each of these projects used the programs MadMapper and After Effects. I have also worked over the summer as a short term technical assistant at Heights Church in Prescott, Arizona. I supplied technical support for different ministry events throughout the week as well as programmed lights and LED screens for the Saturday and Sunday services. I was then contracted to program lights and provide technical support for the Christmas Eve services. I programmed the lights with Vista and programmed the LED screens with ProVideoPlayer and Stream Deck.
