* Direct and oversee Design, Product Development, Research and Development teams, development of design link process for improved efficiency in coordination with all other teams* Provide strategic support within executive team for short & long term distribution goals* Develop design strategies to support brand vision and strategic category growth* Independent contractor for complete re-launch of watch collection including: market research, product design, packaging design, marketing, merchandising, sales implementation, inventory systems and ordering
