As a Project/ Contracts CoordinatorI am very passionate about the work I do, always a team player, I always chip in when necessary. I have great relationships with our contractors, subcontractors and consultant’s and an dedicated work ethic. I enjoy a fast paced environment. A typical day could include: reviewing prime contacts, pass down those provisions to subcontracts, including accurate exhibits. Work with insurance brokers on compliance of and maintenance of all insurance certificates, including OCIP. I’ve managed several jobsite offices, including working with all vendors; from office supplies to rental items to propane deliveries. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, AIA Software, Sage/Timberline, Prolog, Invoice Router, and proprietary software, "CMiC" to process all billings, RFI's, Change Orders, payroll, etc.
