 Wrote the requirements for enhancements to multiple user and non-user based applications: Innovis.com, ISAC, OMS, Inquiry/Scoring  Researched how the 3 NCRAs verify that people are who they say they are when using their web sites. Analyzed our account data and wrote the business rules for how CBC would authenticate a user for the Innovis.com web site. Wrote the questions and the business rules for how we would score the answers. Also, wrote the requirements for the existing and new systems that would determine the questions to ask, display the questions and score the answers. CBC must comply with the Security Freeze laws as passed by each state. They had a manual process and the data was kept in a spreadsheet. Analyzed each of the state laws to determine what rules needed to be implemented. Wrote the business rules to encompass each of the state laws. Wrote the requirements for the ISAC system to automate placing, lifting, removing and replacing the pin for a security freeze request. CBC Companies made the decision to offer online credit reports to the public. Updated the requirements for the web site, designed web pages, wrote web page content, and worked with the development team to implement the requirements. Wrote requirements for various features for multiple projects and worked with the development team to implement the requirements.
