Each day brings a new opportunity for interpersonal interactions. Some relationships come naturally yet others can feel hard, stilted, anxiety provoking. When relationships are strained, it can leave people feeling down, lonely, and existentially lost. There are also times in life when we lose an important relationship through an expected or unexpected life passing. Such losses can redefine our emotions and life perspective. Therapy creates opportunities to work through current relational issues or those that have been created through grief and loss. The work in therapy can lift depression, anxiety and other symptomatic experiences. The exploration of someone's life is always a privileged journey. I have been working in the field for over 15 years. My experience working with teens, college students, and older adults has given me great perspective.
