Manage and art direct a team of professional, in-house creatives to complete design, marketing, and advertising projects on a University level. Mentor team members and improve culture as a part of the Marketing and Brand leadership team. Act as a brand ambassador while conceptualizing marketing campaigns that help define the future of CSU as a higher-ed institution.

Manage and inspire growth of a small in-house team that has won over 25 professional design and communication awards since 2016

Execute effective design across numerous channels including print, digital signage, web, social media, and exterior signage to communicate with students and staff

Create and manage graphic files for major pharmaceutical and consumer brands including Coca-Cola, Noven Therapeutics, and Pfizer. Focus on graphic demands such as identity & branding, print, promotional items, convention booths, presentations, and direct main campaigns as well as working with vendors to create die lines and mock ups. Participation in innovative design thinking and project management results in the company becoming an Agency of Record for Coca-Cola during this time.
