I had 20 years of experience in various accounting functions. I started working for Coca-Cola through a temp agency and was hired on within 3 months. I continued to learn new skills and gain knowledge about the beverage industry and accounting functions. Over the years, I was successful in the opportunities and challenges given. In addition to my normal tasks as an Accounts Receivable Representative, Credit and Collection Analyst, or Senior Credit Analyst, I also was cross-trained to assist other company team members with projects and their tasks during absences. Some of these included the responsibilities of the Staff Accountant, Credit Manager, and Database Coordinator. Being a team player was essential in meeting the daily functions of the company. Analyzed and assisted with the implementation of SAP. Created and posted general journal entries. Reconciled and resolved customer account errors in pricing, misapplied credits, and escheat accounts. Established policies for credit limits and collection processes. Developed a filing system to maintain customer bankruptcy files and claims.

Performed general office functions. Reconciled, deposited, and journalized the tuition, cafeteria, and fundraiser bank accounts. Assisted with planning and budgeting fundraisers.
