• An operational leadership role with a broad scope of operational knowledge and capability. • Enable client-facing staff to achieve operational excellence by surrounding them with the support they need when and where they need it.• Supports the Manager Market Operations (MMO) and Manager Operations Specialists (MOS) to help build operational capability and coach to operational issues. • Collaborate with MMOs to address any significant risk and emerging trends, documenting for root cause and actions taken to resolve in the Operations Book of Record.• Provides mobile coaching/training to Regional Banking on operational excellence and risk e.g. observational coaching, up-skilling new employees• Guided by their Manager, Operations Specialists to focus on and remediate gaps within branches or business centers of greatest risk/complexity identified proactively and through negative trends in data • Completes identified operational activities on behalf of advisors (Mandatory Requirements e.g. mandatory brochures, ATM balancing)• Execute with excellence the implementation of change and National and Regional initiatives.

Worked in several branches completing client transactions and looking for opportunities for referrals to our partners. Also worked in the trust department, helping to settle estates and investment accounts. For a number of months, I worked in commercial banking, providing support to several account managers.
