• Source multiple Excel-based data files from upstream providers on a monthly schedule; wrangle data from those files based on business requirements manually in Excel, by leveraging Excel formulas or Microsoft PowerQuery, or another data wrangling tool such as Trifacta; and upload data tables to SQL server• Create and modify SQL scripts as needed based on dynamic business requirements provided other teams within the ESGO• Create a multi-tabbed Excel file known as the “Services Catalog” on a quarterly schedule in strict accordance with detailed documented procedures. As necessary, this role will updates those procedures.• Facilitate and host discussions to troubleshoot data issues that are out of line with requirements• Create various recurring and ad hoc data tables, metrics reports, data defect control reporting, and other types of recurring and ad hoc reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau• Conduct detailed data investigation based, understand current data mapping logic, and be able to advise on new data mapping initiatives. • Establish and promote Data Ops Best Practices in collaboration with multiple Product and Tech teams• Play a leading role in driving the modernization of ESGO’s technology and data environment leveraging technology platforms and tools such as ServiceNow, Trifacta, Tableau, and Power BI • Research highly complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require advanced analytical skills, knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

• Analyze/Rationalize telecommunication and other spatial and tabular data from multiple sources using SQL queries and spatial software to produce records and models in the network knowledgebase. • Experience with production and software environments such as Development, User Acceptance Testing and Production deployment. • Troubleshoot and remedy data issues through SQL. • Develop and implement procedures for effective data management. • Interpret relational database information with data analysis, spatial analysis and other evaluation tools. • Create status reports for management purposes. • Plan and organize project tasks and multitask between a wide scope of projects. • Adhere to quality procedure consistent with ISO 9001:2015 standards and company goals. • Quality check data records in accordance with established company processes and standards.
